- Primary residence of 5 units or less
- Year-round habitable secondary residence
- Condominium (condo)
- Mobile home on permanent foundation
- Residence on a lot of 40 acres maximum
- Hobby farm (100 acres max.)
- Maximum sale price of $5,000,000
✕ Exclusions Not Covered
- New construction
- Vacant lot
- Abandoned property
- Power of sale (except for buyer)
- Transaction by a company or corporation
- Transaction by a real estate developer
